Introduction New, Hard to Find Variety! Vibrant color that really pops when planted with darker colors. Makes it easy adding color to your home Attracts butterflies Low maintenance Never Bareroot... All plants come rooted into a container with soil. Description Radiance Abelia stands out against other abelia varieties because of its low maintenance, outstanding foliage, blooms, and multi season interest. New growth is medium green with creamy white margins, while the more aged foliage is a striking silver green with creamy yellow margins. Not only is the foliage beautiful, but the stems themselves provide a great contrast with their vivid crimson pigment. An abundance of white, lightly fragrant flowers are produced during late spring to fall. These flowers attract butterflies and hummingbirds. With such a striking blend of greens and creamy white-yellow colors, this abelia will be sure to radiate beauty all throughout the seasons. Besides the color, Radiance Abelia is a very versatile and hardy plant. From small groupings, mass plantings to containers, this plant brings distinctive charm to any of your landscaping needs. Not only is it versatile in the area you plant it in, but this plant is frost, drought, heat and deer resistant. What more can you ask for in a shrub?! With a little maintenance Radiance abelia can go a long way. To get the best results and color out of Radiance Abelia, it is advised to plant 5-6 ft. apart to allow room for mature growth, plant in full sun for best color results, and provide a slow release, high nitrogen fertilizer in the spring. This eye-catching shrub provides an abundance of bright pastel color with little care and will add curb appeal to any home or place of business. Add some Soft Touch Holly or Green Mountain Boxwood shrubs into the mix for a great look! For additional options, be sure to browse the Kaleidoscope Abelia, Rose Creek Abelia and our Abelia collection.
